It's not a Discord guru screaming “HAMMER THIS.” Every player has a full dossier — tap any name to see recent settled bets, hit rates by stat and side, today's live edges, and the matchup breakdown. The whole prop universe stays on the board with our number stamped on each line — you decide what to play and how much to stake.

Open the dashboard (called the “Edge Board”). The top card shows the single highest-edge play for your selected sports + book. The table below is sorted by EV descending by default — top row = best edge.

You can sort by any column (click the header). Use the column picker to add/remove fields like L5 / L10 hit rates, projection vs line, season hit rate.

Win prob: the model's probability the bet wins (e.g. 56% on a player going Over 24.5 points).

EV%: expected value as a percent of stake. If the model gives a bet a 56% chance and the book is offering -110, your true edge is roughly +6.9% — meaning on average you net 6.9¢ per $1 staked. We only surface positive-EV rows.

Edge: how mispriced the line is vs the model's fair line. Same idea as EV but expressed in points/yards/whatever the stat is.

LightGBM gradient-boosted decision trees, trained on 5+ years of settled props with per-sport sub-models. 65 features per prop including pace, recent form, opponent defensive rank, rest days, injuries, line movement, and book consensus. Isotonic calibration on top so the win probabilities are actually calibrated (a 60% prediction hits ~60% of the time).

Calibration is verified weekly via walk-forward backtests. When the model drifts, we retrain. When a specific bucket starts under-performing, we surface it in the audit and re-fit the calibrator. We don’t hide buckets from you — every prop on every book stays on the board with our number stamped on it; the bettor decides what to play.

The numbers are American odds targets for parlay shapes:

• SINGLE: 1-leg play (a regular bet)
• +300: roughly 25% probability — 2 to 3 legs typically
• +500: roughly 17% — 3 to 4 legs
• +1000: roughly 9% — 4-5 legs (longshot territory)
• +2000: ~5% — Elite-only, the dart throw

Each shape has its own bankroll-tuned Kelly recommendation. The SGP Builder picks correlated legs (same-game) rather than independent picks, which makes the joint probability higher than a naive multiplication would suggest.

On the Edge Board, click the row for the player + prop you bet. The action column has a “Track this bet” button — click it, enter your stake, and the bet lands in /my-bets with status PENDING.

When the game settles, our judge grades it automatically and updates the row to WON / LOST / VOID with your actual profit or loss.

/portfolio is the scoreboard. It shows your overall ROI, hit rate, profit/loss, and per-sport breakdown. The Tracker tab has every bet you've placed with the model's prediction vs the actual result for each.

CLV (closing line value) is in there too — that's the long-term signal of whether you're actually beating the market, not just running hot.

Open the SGP Builder from the sidebar (it's under NEURO > SGP). Pick a game, then check 2-5 legs. The builder enumerates correlations between every pair using our same-game correlation matrix and grades the joint probability.

Each ticket gets a paragraph from the model explaining WHY the legs work together (e.g. “If LeBron goes Over 26 points, he's probably also Over 7.5 assists because the Lakers run their offense through him in a pace-up matchup”). Read it before you stake.

Open /settings and scroll to the Picks & Defaults section. Click any sport or book chip to toggle it.

Heads up: once you make a selection, it's locked for 30 days. We do this to keep the experience focused — flipping books and sports daily defeats the point of a calibrated model on a specific slate. If you want flexibility, upgrade to Elite for unlimited switches plus all 5 sports and all 11 books.

The 30-day lock applies to your sport + book selections on Pro and Trial. The calendar starts the day you last changed them. When it expires, a popup will appear prompting you to confirm or swap your 2 picks for the next 30 days.

Elite skips the lock entirely — change anything any time. That's part of the upsell.

Trial: nothing to cancel. There's no credit card on file. If you don't subscribe before day 7, the account paywalls automatically and we never bill you.

Paid Pro / Elite: hit /account→ “Manage billing” → cancel. You'll keep access through your paid period end and won't be charged again.

Refunds: we don't offer refunds on already-paid periods. If you think there's an unusual circumstance (double-charge, account error, you signed up by mistake), email support@evenodds.io and we'll review case-by-case.

First check your spam folder. Welcome emails, daily digests, and trial reminders all come from no-reply@evenodds.io — gmail and outlook sometimes route automated mail there on the first send.

If the welcome email never landed: try the password-reset flow (it sends from the same domain) — if that one arrives, the welcome was a one-off Resend hiccup. If that one ALSO doesn't arrive, your inbox is rejecting our sender — email support@evenodds.io from a different account and we'll dig in.

You can also unsubscribe from the daily digest only (subscription / billing receipts stay on) at /settings → Notifications.

/account→ scroll to bottom → “Delete account” → type DELETE to confirm. We cancel any active subscription, wipe your bets, tickets, and preferences, and remove your auth record. The email becomes free to re-signup with later if you change your mind.

This is required by GDPR / CCPA so it's a real hard delete, not a soft archive. Your data is gone within seconds.
